1General Terms & Conditions

WinMatch (www.winmatch.ws) is an online sports betting platform operated by WinMatch Limited. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between WinMatch and its users.

These Terms apply in both Bangla and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. WinMatch reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account with WinMatch, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a Bangladeshi citizen or a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must not have any existing WinMatch account registered under your name.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information.
• You must be of sound mind and confirm that you are creating an account of your own free will.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

WinMatch reserves the right to verify the identity of all registered users. Prior to withdrawal, or for transactions above a specified amount, you will be required to submit one of the following valid proof-of-identity documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

WinMatch reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until KYC verification is completed. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to WinMatch support immediately.

3Betting Rules

3.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on WinMatch:

• The minimum stake for a single bet is ৳10, and the maximum varies by event.
• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In live betting, odds may change during an event and WinMatch reserves the right to temporarily suspend bets while odds are being updated.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, WinMatch reserves the right to void the affected bet.

3.2 Match Cancellations & Postponements

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, WinMatch will refund the stake for the relevant bet. If the match resumes within 48 hours, the bet will remain valid.

3.3 System Bets & Accumulators

You can combine multiple selections into an accumulator bet. If any single selection in the accumulator is incorrect, the entire bet is considered lost — unless a specific system bet option has been selected.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are available for deposits at WinMatch:

• BKash, Nagad, Rocket (Mobile Banking)
• Bank Transfer (selected banks)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account verification level. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirements.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

WinMatch offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Bonuses earned from one promotion cannot be used to participate in another promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, WinMatch reserves the right to cancel the bonus and launch an account investigation.
• The welcome bonus is available once only to newly registered users.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the bonus offer expires.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinMatch platform:

• Match fixing or illegally influencing the outcome of any sports event.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using WinMatch for money laundering purposes.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform.

7Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by WinMatch

WinMatch may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Closed by User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team.

8Limitation of Liability

WinMatch is not liable for:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Failure or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account password or account details.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar unforeseen circumstances.

WinMatch's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total balance held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

9Privacy Policy

WinMatch collects, stores, and uses your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your data is not shared with third parties, except in the following cases:

• With authorized payment gateways for payment processing.
• In response to a valid request from a law enforcement authority.
• With KYC verification service providers.

10Responsible Gaming

WinMatch firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want our users to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment, not let it become an addiction.

• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for any given time period.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a bet or transaction, please follow the steps below:

2. Step Two: The WinMatch team will review your complaint and provide a decision within 5 business days.
3. Step Three: If you are not satisfied with the initial decision, you may appeal to a senior manager.

WinMatch's system records shall be considered the final and conclusive evidence in resolving all disputes.

12Changes to Terms and Conditions

WinMatch may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notice will be displayed on the platform.
• The date of the update will be reflected at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
